Choose your Icebar ticket
You have the option to buy a Timeslotted ticket or an Open ticket.
- Timeslotted Tickets: we request that you arrive 20 minutes in advance so that you have plenty of time to enjoy your first free drink in the warm bar.
- Open Tickets: you may experience waiting times at the entrance when timeslots are fully booked.

- Children under the age of 18 are not allowed in the Icebar
- Valid ID may be required
- Management reserves the right to refuse entrance if guests are intoxicated, underage or unable to prove their age
- E-ticket directly available on smartphone
- Free rescheduling or cancellation up to 8 hours in advance
- You can reschedule your tickets yourself

If you are late for your time slot, we will try to accommodate you on the next one, however, it will be subjected to availability. Please note, tickets are non-refundable if you miss your session.
If you know in advance that you will not be able to make your reservation time, please call us at +31 20 320 5700 to try and arrange an alternate time.
Wheelchairs may enter through the main door as we are located on a ground floor (no steps required). However to enter the Icebar itself, there is a step from 5 cm, normal wheelchairs which can be lifted up will have no problem entering. Not suitable for electric wheelchairs.
